The Company advises that on 21 October 2026 it issued 4,500,000 ordinary fully paid shares (“Conversion Shares”) on the exercise of 4,500,000 October 2023 Performance Rights that had vested in accordance with their conditions. The Conversion Shares were issued to the Company’s Managing Director, Mr Dennison Hambling. The issue of the 2023 Performance Rights, and their subsequent conversion to fully paid ordinary shares on exercise, was approved by shareholders at the Company’s annual general meeting held on 25 October 2023.
